Marc Pickering is an actor, assistant director, and soundtrack artist born in Yorkshire, England in 1985. He began his acting career at the age of 8, appearing in a community playhouse production of Oliver Twist. He also trained in jazz and tap with the Northern Theatre Company in Hull, and performed in numerous productions with them and the National Youth Music Theatre. His West End debut came with Bugsy Malone, and he went on to appear in Sleepy Hollow with Johnny Depp and Tim Burton. After completing his GCSEs and A levels, he attended the Guildford School of Acting and graduated in 2006.
